Birla Evara's Maintenance charges are regularly taken fees to upkeep the common areas of the township. These charges are taken at Rs. 75/sq. ft. for a year, along with GST. These charges are given by all the homeowners on a yearly or monthly basis. The common areas like clubhouses, amenities, roads, and security features are repaired.
